How we control quality
- Approved sample as the standard. Bulk is cut from the pattern you signed off, and the sample is kept on the line as the reference.
- Leather check. Hides are checked for thickness and defects before cutting.
- Seams and armour. Impact seams are double or triple stitched and armour pockets are checked against the brief.
- Final inspection. Finished pieces are compared with the approved sample for size, colour, branding and finish before packing.
